We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments ranging from 626 to 1,311 square feet. Select homes include private balconies, yard space, or live-work layouts.
The application fee is $175 per applicant (non-refundable). An admin fee of $200 and a refundable security deposit ranging from $500-$800 based on the apartment size are due at move-in.

Rental Qualifications
Reservations: Rental homes are held off the market upon receipt of a completed Application for Residency, applicable a non-refundable application fee of $75.00 per applicant. An apartment home is considered reserved only once an Application for Residency has been completed and an application fee has been received.
A unit deposit and non-refundable administrative fee of $200.00 is also due at the time of move-in. The deposit amounts are as reflected below:
Accepted: One Bedroom $500
Accepted: Two Bedroom $700
Accepted: Three Bedroom $800
Applications: Each adult applicant expecting to reside in an apartment home is required to complete an Application for Residency and pay the applicable application fees. Upon receipt of an Application and application fee, we will begin processing the application for approval. We will verify identification and income through a third party.
We will also use information obtained from a credit report and complete a criminal background check. To be accepted for residency one must:
1. Meet our income/salary requirements. Gross monthly income must be equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly market rental rate. We accept income from sources such as employment, trustfunds, dividends, social security or disability benefits, child support, family support (i.e. full-time students), financial aid, alimony, etc. Prospective Residents who have liquid assets (regular savings, mutual funds, short-term certificates of deposits, etc.) that are equivalent to at least 5 times the total lease value will qualify. All applicants will be required to submit their incomed ocumentation through a third-party verification system. Applicants who are not able to verify their income are subject to denial.
2. Complete a four-step identity verification by providing a valid government-issued identification or proof of legal residence status with a permanent visa. Credit and Criminal Screening will be completed through an outside application screening company.
3. Decisions will be based on a credit and criminal background history search and verifiable income.
Guarantors: If a guarantor is needed, they must meet the entire qualifying criteria as presented above. All guarantors must have a verifiable source of income in an amount not less than 6 times the rental rate.
We do not accept co-signers or payment of lease value in full in lieu of fulfilling our credit andcriminal history criteria.
Occupancy Standards: The occupancy standard is 2 persons per bedroom and one additional person.

Age: Applicants 18 years of age or older must be leaseholders and must meet the standards set forth in the Rental Occupancy Standards.
Pets: A maximum of 2 pets per apartment will be allowed. Birds, fish, small caged mammals, up to two cats, 2 dogs or a combination of one dog and one cat per home are the only pets permissible. An additional non-refundable fee of $400.00 will be required per dog/cat. Monthly pet rent is $30.00 per dog/cat and is due monthly with the rent.
